Shipping policy

All orders will be processed within 24hrs after being placed. Standard delivery time in Canada is 3-10 business days and delivery for international orders is 3-12 business days.

 

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences or incorrect shipping information entered when checking out. We are also not responsible for damaged or stolen items after your items are shipped, we no longer have control or access over your order. Tracking numbers are sent to the email provided at checkout. 

 

It is essential to revise and assure all shipping information provided is accurate at checkout. Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. The information provided will not be altered or modified. If the order is returned due to incorrect information an additional shipping fee will be applied to send the order a second time.
